Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Your pod runs to the end of what you’ve paid for, then stops; 7 days later it is permanently deleted, backups included. Payments are generally non-refundable, but statutory consumer rights (like the EU/UK 14-day withdrawal right on a first purchase) always apply.
1. Who this is from
This policy is issued by DEH Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Everpod, and it is part of the Terms of Service. All purchases are processed by Paddle acting as Merchant of Record: Paddle runs the checkout, issues invoices and receipts, handles taxes, and processes any refund back to your original payment method. Your card details are handled by Paddle under its own terms; DEH Technologies LLC provides the service itself.
2. The subscription
Everpod is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your account, or by emailing [email protected] from your account email; cancellation counts from the moment you do it, and we’ll confirm it.
3. What cancelling does
Cancelling stops the next renewal; it doesn’t cut your current period short. Your pod keeps running to the end of the time you’ve paid for, then stops. 7 days after that, we permanently delete your pod: the machine, your agent’s memory, and the backups all go with it. We don’t hold on to your data.
The 7-day window means a cancellation made by mistake won’t erase your agent: within it, email [email protected] and we’ll restore your pod as it was. After it, deletion is permanent and cannot be undone by anyone, so export anything you want to keep before your period ends. If you’d like a full copy of your pod’s data, email [email protected] and we’ll provide one in a common archive format.
4. Refunds
Except where the law says otherwise, payments are non-refundable and we don’t prorate partial months: cancelling gives you the service through the period you’ve paid for, and no further charges.
Your statutory rights always apply. Consumer law where you live may give you rights this policy can’t and doesn’t take away. For example, EU and UK consumers have a 14-day withdrawal right on an initial purchase, subject to the consent you give at checkout for the service starting immediately. Where the law allows, a withdrawal refund may be reduced in proportion to the service already supplied before you withdrew, such as hosting time and model usage already consumed. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your receipt details and we’ll review it against this policy and your statutory rights; approved refunds are processed to your original payment method.
Billing errors. If you think a charge is wrong (duplicated, unauthorized, or after you cancelled), email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with the receipt details, and we’ll review it in good faith.
5. Included usage and plan changes
Your plan includes a monthly amount of model usage as part of the service; each plan’s amount is shown when you choose it. Included usage resets monthly, doesn’t roll over, has no cash value, and unused amounts aren’t refunded or paid out.
You can change plans anytime from your account. Moving to a bigger plan can take effect immediately: you pay the difference between the two plans’ monthly prices for the current billing period, your included usage becomes the new plan’s amount right away, and the new price applies from the next renewal. You can instead choose to move up at the next renewal, with nothing charged until then. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the next renewal; until then your current plan continues unchanged, and you can undo a scheduled change from your account. A charge for moving up is a payment for the additional included usage in the current period and is treated like any other payment under section 4.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank: a real person reads [email protected], and most billing problems are fixable quickly. If a payment is disputed, we may suspend your pod while the dispute is resolved; suspension is reversible, and the deletion schedule in section 3 only starts if the subscription actually ends.
7. Changes and contact
If this policy changes materially, we’ll note it here with a new date, and prior versions stay available from this page’s archive links. Questions: [email protected].
