Use OpenClaw as your fitness coach

Give OpenClaw your training plan, report workouts from your phone, and review your progress with a coach that keeps your goals and history.

The short answer

Give OpenClaw your training goals, current plan and recent workout history, then send it a message after each session. Your agent keeps the log, compares what you did with the plan, and helps you review your progress over time. You can talk to your fitness coach from your phone while its computer holds the plan and records between conversations.

An Everpod pod gives your agent a private, always-on computer for that continuing work. Open your conversation in Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord or Slack. If you are connecting your first messaging app, the Telegram guide takes you through it.

Give your coach your goals and current plan

I’d like you to be my fitness coach. My goal is [your goal], and I can train [your availability]. Here is my current plan and recent workout history: [paste your notes]. Keep my training plan and workout log, remember my goals and preferences, and use that history when we discuss my training. Ask me about anything you need to understand before we get going.

Paste the notes you already have or attach your plan as a file. Your agent has the starting point: what you are working toward, the training you intend to do, and what you have done so far.

Those records stay on the agent’s computer. Your next conversation can build on them rather than starting with another account of your training background.

Report a workout from your phone

I’ve finished today’s workout. Here’s what I did and how it felt: [your session report]. Add it to my training log, compare it with the plan, and tell me what stands out.

Send the report from the gym or when you get home. Use the details that matter to your training: exercises, weights, sets and reps, or time and distance. Include anything you changed or left out. You can write naturally; the agent puts the report into your ongoing record.

The comparison is between your plan and your actual session. Over time, the log gives you more to work with than the memory of how the last workout went.

Review the week before planning the next one

Review my training this week against my plan and goals. Use my saved workout history to show what changed, what I completed and what I missed. Help me decide what to focus on next week, then save the plan we agree on.

The review brings the individual reports together. You can see consistency across sessions and changes in the work you recorded, then discuss next week with that history in front of you.

The plan you agree on joins your saved training context, ready for the next session report.

Take your training log with you

Send me my current training plan and workout log as files I can download.

You get your records back in the conversation, ready to keep a copy or share with a trainer. The file-sharing guide covers sending documents to your agent and receiving its finished files.

What it costs

Conversations and training reviews use the model usage included with your pod. The amount depends on the model and how much work you ask it to do. Your pod page shows how much usage is left.

Your own open-source AI agent, set up for you.

Everpod runs OpenClaw on a private, always-on computer of its own: set up, secured and backed up, with model usage included. You name your agent, and say hello about fifteen minutes later.
