Affiliate Program Terms
You earn 25% of every payment, after tax, that a new customer you refer makes in their first 12 months. A referral counts if they start their first pod within 90 days of opening your link. A commission clears 30 days after the payment, and we pay cleared commissions monthly in US dollars once they reach $25, after you have sent us your tax form. Say clearly that you earn a commission, describe Everpod accurately, and don’t refer yourself.
1. Who we are, and what this is
The Everpod affiliate program is run by DEH Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, doing business as Everpod (“Everpod”, “we”, “us”), whose postal address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These terms are the agreement between us and you, the person or business that joins the program. By applying to join, you agree to them. Your use of everpod.ai is also covered by our Terms of Service, and the Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you give us.
2. Joining
To join, you must be at least 18 and able to make a binding agreement. When you apply, you give us accurate details and keep them up to date: your legal name, whether you are joining as an individual or a business (and, for a business, its legal name and the country it was formed in), your email address, your country of residence, and whether you are a US person for US tax purposes. If you are not a US person, you confirm that the work you do in the program is done outside the United States, and you tell us if that changes.
We review every application and may decline one for any reason. Your link works only once you are approved. You can’t join if you live in, or your business was formed in, a country or region under comprehensive US sanctions, or if you are named on a US sanctions list. Our owners and employees, members of their immediate families, and anyone acting for them can’t join. One person or business holds one affiliate account.
3. Referrals
Once you are approved, you get a link to everpod.ai that is yours. A referral is a new customer who opens your link and starts their first pod within 90 days of the last time they opened it, on the same device. If they opened more than one affiliate’s link, the most recent one before they started their pod counts. A new customer is someone who has never paid for a pod; an existing customer starting another pod is not a referral. Referrals are decided from our own records.
4. Commission
For each referral, you earn 25% of every payment they make to Everpod in the 12 months from their first payment, for any pod on their account, including pods they add during that time; the period runs from that first payment for every pod, not from when each pod starts. The commission is worked out on what the customer paid, in US dollars, after tax and any discount. When an OpenClaw pod moves to a bigger plan, the commission on its payments stays at what it was on the plan the pod was bought on.
A commission clears 30 days after the payment it was earned on, and is not owed to you before then. A payment that is refunded, reversed or disputed earns no commission; if we have already paid a commission on it, we take that amount off your next payouts. You earn no commission on your own account, on an account you control or share, or on one opened through your link by someone you paid or rewarded to sign up.
5. Payouts
We pay cleared commissions once a month, in US dollars, to a bank account in your own name (or your business’s name, if you joined as one). We pay whenever your cleared balance is $25 or more; a smaller balance carries over. We pay our own sending fee; any fee your bank charges you to receive or convert the money is yours.
Before your first payout, you send us the US tax form that applies to you: Form W-9 if you are a US person, Form W-8BEN if you are an individual who is not, or Form W-8BEN-E for a business that is not. Until we have a valid form and your payout details, your cleared commissions are held and keep adding up; nothing is lost. We may withhold or report payments where the law requires it. You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn, and no VAT or sales tax is added to the commissions we pay.
6. How you promote Everpod
- Disclose it. Wherever you recommend Everpod with your link, say clearly, and close to the recommendation, that you earn a commission. Follow the advertising and endorsement rules that apply where you publish, such as the FTC’s in the United States.
- Be accurate. Describe Everpod as our site does. Don’t promise prices, discounts, features or terms we don’t offer, or speak for us.
- Our name. You may use the name Everpod, link to everpod.ai and show screenshots of our site to recommend us. Don’t bid on “Everpod” or a misspelling of it in search ads, use it in a domain, account, app or business name, or present yourself as Everpod or as speaking for us.
- No spam or tricks. No unsolicited messages, no posting where the rules of the place forbid it, no setting your link on someone’s device without their click, and no paying or rewarding people to sign up through your link.
- The law and the places you publish. Follow the law and the rules of every platform you use.
7. Our relationship
You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these terms makes you our employee, agent or partner, and you have no authority to make promises or agreements for us, to agree terms with customers, or to conclude a sale: customers buy from Paddle, our Merchant of Record, under our Terms of Service. You decide how you promote Everpod, within section 6, and you pay your own costs.
8. Ending, and what we can withhold
You can leave the program at any time by emailing support@everpod.ai, and we can end your part in it at any time. If either of us ends it and you have not broken these terms, we pay your cleared commissions at the next payout, whatever the balance, and commissions that clear afterwards on payments made before it ended.
If you break these terms, or we reasonably believe a referral is fraudulent or was made in a way these terms forbid, we may withhold or reverse the commissions involved and close your account, and commissions not yet paid are no longer owed.
9. Changes
We may change these terms or the commission. We email you at least 30 days before a material change takes effect, and prior versions stay available from this page. A lower rate or a shorter commission period applies only to customers who are referred after it takes effect. If we end the program, we tell you at least 30 days ahead and pay commission on every payment your referrals make up to the day it ends.
10. Liability
We don’t promise any level of earnings, or that the program, its portal or its tracking will work without interruption. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the commissions you have earned and we have not paid, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses. You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from what you publish or from your breach of these terms.
11. Disputes and the rest
Section 16 of our Terms of Service (talking to us first, the governing law, and arbitration) applies to these terms as if they were part of it. If part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still stands, and not enforcing something is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your place in the program; we may transfer these terms as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. These terms and the pages they name are the whole agreement between us about the program.
